Bank account numbers, UPI IDs and payment gateway keys are encrypted with AES-256 before they are stored.

You sign in with a one-time email code. Codes are stored only as hashes, expire in 10 minutes and stop working after 5 wrong tries.

Payments go through your own gateway account. Funds settle to you directly and never pass through MicroBeet.

What is MicroBeet?

MicroBeet is a cloud platform for estimates, invoices, inventory, purchase orders, expenses and accounting. You enter a sale once, and the invoice, stock change, ledger entry and payment tracking all follow from that one record.

Do I have to throw away my spreadsheets?

No. Import your clients, products and past invoices from spreadsheets or your current tool, then retire the spreadsheet whenever you are ready. Keeping it as a souvenir is optional.

Is MicroBeet secure enough for accounts and payments?

Yes. Bank account numbers, UPI IDs and payment gateway keys are encrypted with AES-256 before storage. Sign-in uses one-time email codes instead of passwords, access is controlled by roles, and every important change is written to an audit log. Customers pay through your own gateway account, so funds settle to you.

Will my accountant have to change software?

No. MicroBeet syncs with popular accounting software, so your accountant keeps working where they already do. Connectors for larger ERP systems are on our roadmap.

Can I move my existing data into MicroBeet?

Yes. Import clients, products and past invoices from your current tool or from spreadsheets so your history is available from day one.

Will someone help me set up MicroBeet?

Does MicroBeet support GST, VAT and multiple currencies?

You do. You connect your own payment gateway account and funds settle directly to you. Gateway keys are encrypted.
